Install the updates in this order:

1. sp6i386.exe   (This is the last service pack available for NT4.)
2. Q299444i.exe  (This is the last security rollup package.)
3. msie60.exe	 (Optional - This is a self-extracting package containing the full installer for Internet Explorer 6, the last version that works on NT4.)
